Send us a message
Fill in the form below and we will get back to you within one working day. If your inquiry is urgent, calling us is usually faster.
What happens after you get in touch
We keep the process straightforward. Here is what to expect once you send us a message or give us a call.
Initial conversation
We reply within one working day to arrange a call. During that call (usually 20 to 30 minutes) we ask about your team, the challenges they face and what you hope the training will achieve. There is no charge for this.
Proposal and scoping
Based on our conversation, we send a written proposal within five working days. It includes the recommended programme, a timeline, pricing and what we need from you to prepare. You can ask for changes before confirming.
Preparation
Once you confirm, we schedule the pre-course interviews with participants and their line managers. These short calls (15 minutes each) give us the material to tailor exercises and discussion topics to your specific context.
Delivery and follow-up
We deliver the programme, then follow up with coaching calls over the next three months. At the three-month mark, we send an impact survey and share the results with you.
When to get in touch
There is no wrong time to call. Some organisations contact us when they have already identified a specific training need and want to move quickly. Others reach out early, before they have a clear plan, because they want help thinking through what kind of development would make the biggest difference.
Common reasons people contact us:
- A batch of new managers has been promoted and needs structured support.
- An upcoming restructure will require managers to communicate difficult news.
- Employee survey results point to management capability as an area for improvement.
- A senior leader wants to develop their strategic thinking before taking on a bigger role.
- The organisation has never invested in management training before and wants advice on where to start.
If you are not sure which programme fits, that is fine. We will help you work it out during the initial conversation. Call us on +44 1561 862380 or email [email protected].
We look forward to hearing from you.
